At Sparkle Story, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our demi-fine jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted in case of damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.
The damage must be evident and clearly visible in an unboxing video, which must start before the package is opened and show the entire unsealing and inspection process.

Mandatory Opening Video
A complete and unedited opening video is mandatory for any return request.
The video must clearly show the shipping label, unopened packaging, and the damage upon opening.

No returns will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Return Process
1. Email us at sparklestory1@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive further instructions to proceed with the return.

Refund Policy
Approved returns will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
